I spent most of my life growing up in the little town of Walla Walla, Washington. While attending Linfield College in Oregon, I discovered a passion for health and fitness and earned a Bachelor’s of Science with a degree in Health Education. During my time at Linfield, I had the opportunity to implement a school health program, run body boot camps at the local women’s fitness center, facilitate a Heart Chase Fundraiser with the American Heart Association, work as a student personal trainer for college staff, and volunteer at the Student Nutrition and Activity Clinic for Kids (SNACK) where I counseled overweight youth in nutrition and personal health concepts. I am now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist and have my Nutrition Coaching Certification through Precision Nutrition. I previously worked out of two fitness facilities in Walla Walla as a personal trainer where I helped my clients reach their goals. I had the opportunity to facilitate multiple "Lose to Win" year-long weight loss classes at the local YMCA, instruct classes such as TRX, HIIT, Body Bootcamp, and Youth Strength Training and taught staff wellness classes at Whitman College in Washington.
After getting married, I spent a little over a year in Salt Lake City while my husband finished up school, serving the community there as a personal trainer.
My hubby and I have finally relocated to his hometown, Corvallis, OR, where I am working with clients at FIRST Corvallis and coaching classes at Orangetheory Fitness.
I believe in a holistic approach to health - meaning that diet, physical activity, stress, sleep, and personal relationships, all contribute to well-being. My passion is to help others live healthier, happier lives. In my spare time, I enjoy weightlifting, volleyball, cooking, going on outdoor adventures, and reading.

I'm Kasey and I am passionate about helping women cultivate a lifestyle of faith and wellness. My friends and family consider me the health nut with a passion for mac-n-cheese. That's because I am a HUGE believer in living a balanced life - taking care of your mind and body through activity, healthy food, self-care and rest, but still treating yourself from time to time.
When I am not busy with clients at FIRST Corvallis or coaching at Orangetheory in Corvallis, OR, you can find me working on my faith and wellness blog, playing cribbage with my hubby, trying out new healthy recipes and making faith/fitness based content (such as YouTube Videos, Downloadable Resources, Training Programs, Blog Posts, etc.) I have been featured in publications like the Milk and Honey Magazine and on the Miss Runner
