- Tactical Asset Fitness ~ Designed around the concept of training your body to be an asset to First Responders and the community during an emergency situation (like the big earthquake they keep warning us is coming to the valley). And unlike other programs that focus on Bigger, Stronger, Faster (typical HIIT or Cross Fit style programs), we're focused on Leaner, Smarter, Longer. Meaning you'll get in great shape, build situational awareness, and increase your strength, stamina, and endurance to where you can keep going long after the others have quit.
